I love my Mac OS. I’ve had it since 2003, same computer, just upgrading when needed. It’s never once crashed, always turns on when I need it to and doesn’t spit back stupid error messages when I try to do more than one thing at a time.

Of course, I still have a PC at work and that drives me crazy to deal with daily, but then I come home to the love that is my Mac and all is well with the world again.

I got a mac-mini at work a couple of years ago and switched over to it exclusively, mostly because of the Unix OS.

Then they made me start developing everything on a .NET platform and I had to change back to a Windows machine. Actually not a bad deal since I got to keep the mini anyway.

I’ll be buying a mac for home, err work, at my house soon for the audio and video editing ease. Plus they’re just so much more hassle free.

In reality, most people should probably just Ubuntu on a $200 box from Wal Mart. It will do way more than they’d ever ask of it.
